Welcome to TRANSFORM Live Oklahoma City! I am excited that you will be joining us for this powerful event. Please note that a commitment to attend is a commitment to participate physically, spiritually, and energetically, for the highest and greatest good for all beings. We request that you participate in only those activities that you are physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually able to do, and that you notify Event Facilitators and Staff of any restrictions you have regarding any of the activities, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Your safety and comfort is of the utmost importance to me.
Event Description.
TRANSFORM (“Event”) will include a 1-day event on October 2, 2021, from 9am-4pm, at The Magnolia in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, USA.
TRANSFORM Live with Natalie Ehmka will be an experiential 3-day event designed to uplevel, transform, and connect you to other light leaders, and the highest version of yourself.
The Event will include a variety of activities to support the work we will be doing together, possibly including but not limited to cacao ceremonies, meditations, hot seats, training facilitations, live coaching & demonstrations, etc. (“Program Activities”). All activities and content will be intentionally created to provide a thought-provoking, soul-awakening, spiritually-strengthening creative process that inspires the attendee to maximize personal and professional potential.
Travel costs and lodging are not included in event ticket price. Light lunch & snacks will be provided during the day of event at no additional cost.
Responsibilities:
By purchasing a ticket, Purchaser agrees they are responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the Client agrees that the Natalie Ehmka (“Coach”), With Heart Communications, Inc, and the event staff are not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
Purchaser understands that content provided during TRANSFORM Live with Natalie Ehmka is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical, financial or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If Purchaser is currently under the care of a mental health professional, Coach will recommend that Purchaser inform the mental health care provider.
Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk. Purchaser acknowledges full and sole responsibility for his/her life and well-being and all decisions made before, during and after the Event. By agreeing to these terms, Purchaser acknowledges that he/she is choosing to participate voluntarily in the activities at the Event (“Activities”) and recognize that these Activities, while planned with care and love, may contain certain inherent risks. Purchaser agrees to expressly assume the risks of the Event and all Activities in which he/she participates.
Rules and Warnings. Purchaser agree to observe and obey all posted and announced rules and warnings, and further agree to follow any instructions or directions given by the Facilitator, or his/her employees and agents.
No Warranties: TRANSFORM LIVE, AND INFORMATION AND TRAINING PROVIDED THROUGHOUT, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, IMPLIED OR EXPRESS, AS TO ITS ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR APPROPRIATENESS FOR ANY PURPOSE.
No Guarantees: We do not make any guarantees as to the effectiveness, future income, expenses, sales volume or potential profitability that may be derived as a result of your use of this mentorship program. You acknowledge and agree that no representation has been made by Natalie Ehmka, With Heart Communications, or our affiliates and relied upon as to the future income, expenses, sales volume or potential profitability that may be derived from this event.
Limitation of Liability. By agreeing to these terms, Purchaser waives and releases the Facilitator from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which I have ever had, now have or may have in the future against the Facilitator, arising from my past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, anything related to and including the Activities and Event, including any transportation to, from and during the Event, unless arising from the gross negligence of the Facilitator.
Indemnification and Release of Claims: By agreeing to these terms, you fully and completely hold harmless, indemnify and release Natalie Ehmka, With Heart Communications, and any employees, shareholders, directors, staff, consultants, agents, or anyone affiliated with us, from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, that you ever had, now have or will have in the future against us, arising from your participation in TRANSFORM Live with Natalie Ehmka. In no event will the Facilitators be liable to Purchaser or to any person for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages for any use of, non-use, or reliance on TRANSFORM Live with Natalie Ehmka, its information, programs and/or services, including, without limitation, personal injuries, accidents, misapplication of information, or any other loss, malady, disease, difficulty, injury, or otherwise, even if Purchaser is advised of the possibility of such damages, difficulties, or injuries, whether caused by the fault of Purchaser, the Facilitator, other attendees or other third parties.
Refund Policy: By purchasing a ticket, you understand this is a live in-person experiential event. Please purchase a ticket with the intention to participate in & receive fully the energetic transformations available, in accordance with the Highest and greatest good for all involved. Due to the nature of the event and the energetic preparation involved to create a safe space for our time together, please no refunds for tickets purchased. You understand and acknowledge all sales are final.
