Welcome to your Immersive Coaching Experience with Natalie Hunter! I am excited that you’ve said yes to this powerful container. Please note that a commitment to attend is a commitment to fully participate physically, spiritually, and energetically, for your highest and greatest good. We request that you participate in only those activities that you are physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually able to do, and that you notify Event Facilitators or Staff of any restrictions you have regarding any of the activities, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Your safety and comfort is of the utmost importance to me.
Event Description:
Immersive Coaching Experience with Natalie Hunter (Single or Package/ In person or Virtual) (“Event”) will include a the agreed upon number of sessions with Natalie (in person or virtual) to be used within 6 months of date of purchase. (please see refund policy below for restrictions).
This Immersive Coaching Experience with Natalie Hunter will be an energetically transformative experience designed to uplevel, transform, and connect you to the highest version of yourself.
Description: Coaching is an energetic partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Client and the Coach in a thought-provoking, soul-awakening, spiritually-strengthening creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential.
The Event will include a variety of activities to support the work we will be doing together, possibly including but not limited to meditations, coaching, channeling, past-life regression, cacao ceremony, etc. (“Program Activities”). All activities and content will be intentionally created and channeled to provide a thought-provoking, soul-awakening, spiritually-strengthening creative process that inspires the attendee to maximize personal and professional potential.
Responsibilities:
By purchasing, Purchaser agrees they are responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the Client agrees that the Natalie Hunter (“Coach”), Entourage Marketing, LLC DBA PersonalBrand.com, and staff are not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client / Purchaser understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
Purchaser understands that content provided during the event with Natalie Hunter is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical, financial or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. You understand that Natalie Hunter is not providing health care, medical or nutrition therapy services or attempting to diagnose, treat or cure in any manner whatsoever any disease, condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body during the course of the Services.
If Client is currently under the care of a mental health professional, Coach will recommend that Client inform the mental health care provider. If Client is currently taking any prescribed, non-prescribed, or recreational psychotropic medication or substances, please promptly inform Natalie Hunter. Client understands that participation in the Event while under the influence of any medication or substance (whether prescribed or recreational) may involve certain risks, including but not limited to emotional, psychological, or physical responses.Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk. Purchaser acknowledges full and sole responsibility for his/her life and well-being and all decisions made before, during and after the Event. By agreeing to these terms, Purchaser acknowledges that he/she is choosing to participate voluntarily in the activities at the Event (“Activities”) and recognize that these Activities, while planned with care and love, may contain certain inherent risks. Purchaser agrees to expressly assume the risks of the Event and all Activities in which he/she participates.
Rules and Warnings. Purchaser agrees to follow any instructions or directions given by the Facilitator, or his/her employees and agents.
No Warranties: THIS EVENT WITH NATALIE HUNTER, AND INFORMATION AND TRAINING PROVIDED THROUGHOUT, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, IMPLIED OR EXPRESS, AS TO ITS ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR APPROPRIATENESS FOR ANY PURPOSE.
No Guarantees: We do not make any guarantees as to the effectiveness, future income, expenses, sales volume or potential profitability that may be derived as a result of your use of this mentorship program. You acknowledge and agree that no representation has been made by Natalie Hunter, Michael Hunter, Entourage Marketing, LLC DBA PersonalBrand.com, or our affiliates and relied upon as to the future income, expenses, sales volume or potential profitability that may be derived from this event.
Client Confidentiality: This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is energetically sacred, and is bound to confidentiality by the ICF Code of Ethics but is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like in Medicine or Law). The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s consent, except to team members who have a reasonable need to know such information during the event. The Coach will not disclose the Client’s experience with details that can identify them without the Client’s consent. Confidential information does not include information that: (a) was in the Coach’s possession prior to its being furnished by the Client; (b) is obtained by the Coach from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the Client; (c) is independently developed by the Coach without use of or reference to the Client’s confidential information; or (d) that the Coach is required by law to disclose.
Limitation of Liability. By agreeing to these terms, Purchaser waives and releases the Coach, Natalie Hunter, and Entourage Marketing, LCC, DBA PersonalBrand.com from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which I have ever had, now have or may have in the future against the Facilitator, arising from my past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, anything related to and including the Activities and Event, including any transportation to, from and during the Event, unless arising from the gross negligence of the Facilitator.
Indemnification and Release of Claims: By agreeing to these terms, you fully and completely hold harmless, indemnify, and release Natalie Hunter, Entourage Marketing, LLC DBA PersonalBrand.com, and any employees, shareholders, directors, staff, consultants, agents, or anyone affiliated with us (“Released Parties”), from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims, and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, that you ever had, now have, or will have in the future against the Released Parties, arising from or in any way related to your participation in the Event with Natalie Hunter.
This release specifically includes, but is not limited to, any claims arising from participation while under the influence of any medication, drug, or substance (whether prescribed or recreational), whether or not such use was disclosed, and any claims related to your failure to provide accurate, complete, and timely disclosures as required under this Agreement.
You further agree to indemnify and defend the Released Parties against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that may be incurred as a result of your acts, omissions, or failure to comply with the terms of this Agreement, including your obligation to disclose medical or substance use information.
In no event will the Released Parties be liable to you or to any person for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages for any use of, non-use of, or reliance on the Event with Natalie Hunter, its information, programs, and/or services, including, without limitation, personal injuries, accidents, misapplication of information, or any other loss, malady, disease, difficulty, injury, or otherwise, even if you are advised of the possibility of such damages, difficulties, or injuries, whether caused by the fault of you, the Facilitator, other attendees, or other third parties.
Refund Policy: Please purchase a ticket with the intention to participate in & receive fully the energetic transformations available, in accordance with the Highest and greatest good for all involved. Due to the nature of the event and the energetic preparation involved to create a safe space for our time together, please no refunds for sessions purchased. Please schedule your sessions inside the 6-month window from date of purchase. Any sessions not completed by the end of the 6-month window may be forfeited at coach’s discretion. You understand and acknowledge all sales are final.
