Welcome With Heart Communications’ Deep Dive Past Life Clearing 4-week Program (Special Offering) with Natalie Ehmka! I am excited that you will be joining us for this powerful event. Please note that a commitment to attend is a commitment to participate physically, spiritually, and energetically, for the highest and greatest good for all beings. We request that you participate in only those activities that you are physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually able to do, and that you notify Event Facilitators and Staff of any restrictions you have regarding any of the activities, and we will do our best to accommodate them. Your safety and comfort is of the utmost importance to me.
Event Description.
Deep Dive Past Life Clearing Program with Natalie Ehmka (“Event”) will include a 4-week virtual event from March 8th, 2022 until March 29th, 2022 at [VIRTUAL - all calls via Zoom].
Deep Dive Past Life Clearing 4-week Program (Special Offering) with Natalie Ehmka will be an energetically transformative 4-week event designed to uplevel, transform, and connect you to the highest version of yourself. You will receive 4 group calls with Natalie, and one personal deep dive session as part of the program.
The Event will include a variety of activities to support the work we will be doing together, possibly including but not limited to meditations, hot seats, training facilitations, live coaching & demonstrations, etc. (“Program Activities”). All activities and content will be intentionally created to provide a thought-provoking, soul-awakening, spiritually-strengthening creative process that inspires the attendee to maximize personal and professional potential.
Responsibilities:
By purchasing a ticket, Purchaser agrees they are responsible for creating and implementing his/her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results. As such, the Client agrees that the Natalie Ehmka (“Coach”), With Heart Communications, Inc, and the event staff are not and will not be liable for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.
Purchaser understands that content provided during the event with Natalie Ehmka is not to be used as a substitute for professional advice by legal, mental, medical, financial or other qualified professionals and will seek independent professional guidance for such matters. If Purchaser is currently under the care of a mental health professional, Coach will recommend that Purchaser inform the mental health care provider.
Voluntary Participation & Assumption of Risk. Purchaser acknowledges full and sole responsibility for his/her life and well-being and all decisions made before, during and after the Event. By agreeing to these terms, Purchaser acknowledges that he/she is choosing to participate voluntarily in the activities at the Event (“Activities”) and recognize that these Activities, while planned with care and love, may contain certain inherent risks. Purchaser agrees to expressly assume the risks of the Event and all Activities in which he/she participates.
Rules and Warnings. Purchaser agrees to follow any instructions or directions given by the Facilitator, or his/her employees and agents.
No Warranties: THIS EVENT WITH NATALIE EHMKA, AND INFORMATION AND TRAINING PROVIDED THROUGHOUT, IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND WE MAKE NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, IMPLIED OR EXPRESS, AS TO ITS ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS OR APPROPRIATENESS FOR ANY PURPOSE.
No Guarantees: We do not make any guarantees as to the effectiveness, future income, expenses, sales volume or potential profitability that may be derived as a result of your use of this mentorship program. You acknowledge and agree that no representation has been made by Natalie Ehmka, With Heart Communications, or our affiliates and relied upon as to the future income, expenses, sales volume or potential profitability that may be derived from this event.
Prohibited Activities and Information You May Not Share with Others:
You are explicitly prohibited from training any other person in using our methodology, or any other aspect of the Program or Program Materials. Unless otherwise explicitly authorized in this Agreement, you may not duplicate or share the Program Materials or Processes, with any other person, and you are not authorized to train any other person or business how to use or create a Certification program for their own commercial or business use with their own clients. You are expressly forbidden from creating your own program or course that is identical or substantially similar to the Program, Certification or Certification Benefits, in full or in part, for any business or commercial use other than as permitted through this Agreement. Anyone who intends to use any of With Heart Communications, Inc.’s Processes, Materials, Certification, or Certification Benefits for their own commercial or business use is required to successfully complete the With Heart Certified Energy Coach Program and receive Certification directly from and through us. If you obtain or receive knowledge that someone else intends or uses the Program, Certification or Certification Benefits for commercial or business use without our express permission, you agree to notify us immediately.
Because of the time, energy and effort required to develop the Program, Program Materials, Certification and Certification Benefits, violation of this section may be considered theft or stealing of copyrighted, trademarked, and proprietary information that belongs to Natalie Ehmka and With Heart Communications, Inc., and you agree that we have the right to take legal action if desired.
Client Confidentiality: This coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is energetically sacred, and is bound to confidentiality by the ICF Code of Ethics but is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like in Medicine or Law). The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s consent, except to team members who have a reasonable need to know such information. The Coach will not disclose the Client’s name as a reference without the Client’s consent. Confidential information does not include information that: (a) was in the Coach’s possession prior to its being furnished by the Client; (b) is obtained by the Coach from a third party, without breach of any obligation to the Client; (c) is independently developed by the Coach without use of or reference to the Client’s confidential information; or (d) that the Coach is required by law to disclose.
Group Coaching Confidentiality: Client agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all participants. All information shared in group coaching is confidential except in circumstances governed by law, such as child abuse and danger to self or others. All parties agree to take all reasonable measures to ensure confidentiality with any communication over the phone and/or Internet.
Limitation of Liability. By agreeing to these terms, Purchaser waives and releases the Facilitator from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which I have ever had, now have or may have in the future against the Facilitator, arising from my past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, anything related to and including the Activities and Event, including any transportation to, from and during the Event, unless arising from the gross negligence of the Facilitator.
Indemnification and Release of Claims: By agreeing to these terms, you fully and completely hold harmless, indemnify and release Natalie Ehmka, With Heart Communications, and any employees, shareholders, directors, staff, consultants, agents, or anyone affiliated with us, from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, that you ever had, now have or will have in the future against us, arising from your participation in the Event with Natalie Ehmka. In no event will the Facilitators be liable to Purchaser or to any person for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages for any use of, non-use, or reliance on the Event with Natalie Ehmka, its information, programs and/or services, including, without limitation, personal injuries, accidents, misapplication of information, or any other loss, malady, disease, difficulty, injury, or otherwise, even if Purchaser is advised of the possibility of such damages, difficulties, or injuries, whether caused by the fault of Purchaser, the Facilitator, other attendees or other third parties.
Refund Policy: By purchasing a ticket, you understand this is a live virtual event. Please purchase a ticket with the intention to participate in & receive fully the energetic transformations available, in accordance with the Highest and greatest good for all involved. Due to the nature of the event and the energetic preparation involved to create a safe space for our time together, please no refunds for tickets purchased. You understand and acknowledge all sales are final.
